Founded in 1988, CAS Consultants Ltd is a leading Engineering Consulting firm whose goal was and remains to provide leading-end engineering solutions. The firm begun as a partnership but over time upgraded the registration status to a Limited Company in order to conform to the increasing range of professional activities. The firm is owned and managed by professionally qualified Kenyan Engineers who actively participate in the day to day running of the practice. The Company Board of Directors consists of two (2) Kenyans as the Principal Directors – Dr. Eng. Sebastian Mwarania and Eng. Calleb Ogado.
This management group is supported by a team of qualified, experienced and talented individuals who, together, have a wide range of professional design, analytical, and technical experience. Today, CAS Consultants Ltd has more than 170 employees spread out in its head office and satellite offices across various project sites across Kenya. The firm pride itself of a highly motivated and creative team of registered professional engineers, designers, Surveyors, and CAD operators as well as other support staff. Its engineers have extensive experience in the design, maintenance, operations and construction, and management of large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
Since inception the firm has been offering a full scope of engineering services including feasibility studies, planning, design and preparation of tender documents, assisting Clients with tendering and tender evaluation and construction supervision. In addition, the firm has undertaken specialized studies for various clients including financial and economic analysis, environmental and social impact assessments, institutional analysis, commercialization and private sector participation studies.
The firm offers under one roof project management services and the full range of engineering (Civil, Structural, Water, Transportation and Electrical/Mechanical) as well as environmental, social and institutional analysis.
CAS Consultants is a member of the Association of Consulting Engineers of Kenya (ACEK) which is affiliated to the International Federation of Consulting Engineers – FIDIC and the Association of professional societies of East Africa.
