- Prior to any stage of our services we shall determine the client requirements and any statutory obligations to ensure that these requirements and obligations are clear and understood;
- We shall then review these requirements/ obligations to ensure our capability to deliver, prior to making any commitments to the client
- Services provision shall always follow pre-set procedures of service to ensure required conformity;
- The company shall apply continual improvement strategies to every aspect of our business , and this shall be the responsibility of everyone, in every activity, throughout the company
The Managing Director shall have ultimate responsibility for the implementation of the Quality Policy which shall be communicated to all staff and interested parties and reviewed when the need arises.
